Veteran Hiring

As a CVE certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), CPMC is dedicated to the hiring, training, and retention of our military veteran employees. We recruit veterans directly and through our trusted partners – non-profit, Veteran staffing firms Bellator Recruiting Academy and Hiring Our Heroes (HOH). We were awarded the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) employer designation through the Virginia Department of Veteran Services. This allows CPMC access to transitioning servicemembers and their families to interview for our active government contracts. We stress continual professional development for our veteran employees, with promotions for those who receive development training and have proven themselves capable of assuming further leadership responsibilities. Upon hire, CPMC provides our veterans a mentor to guide them through and help progress them in their professional careers.
